Product Overview
Metal core PCB on aluminum, copper, iron and ceramic base materials, from single-sided and double-sided up to 4 layers. Capability covers board sizes from 5 x 5mm up to 1200 x 480mm, board thickness from 0.3mm to 4.5mm and copper foil thickness of 35um, 70um, 105um and 140um, with a minimum drill hole of 0.6mm and hole wall copper of 20-25um.
Applications
Aluminum and other metal core boards are used where heat dissipation and mechanical support are priorities, such as LED lighting, power supply and high-thermal electronic assemblies.
