Product Overview
Single-sided and double-sided PCB fabrication with panel sizes up to 635 x 1120mm, minimum board thickness of 0.3mm for double layer, minimum hole diameter of 0.20mm and copper thickness up to 4Oz. Materials include FR-4, CEM-1, CEM-3, ceramic substrate and aluminum base, with surface finishes such as lead-free HASL, ENIG, immersion silver, gold finger and OSP.
Applications
These boards are widely used in computer and network equipment, communication devices, medical appliances, household appliances and general industrial control where routing demands are moderate.
Ordering Guidance
Single and double sided samples are typically quoted at around 5 days with bulk production at 7-10 days. To quote accurately, provide your Gerber file, board dimensions and thickness, material, copper weight, surface finish and order quantity.
